Ok guys, i just put a 429 in my truck but it still has the original 4bbl motorcraft carb on it, the carb is shott, so how bad is it going to hurt hp if i just put an adapter plate on so i can run my 2bbl holley on it until i can afford a new 4bbl??
I'm running my 302 that way now until i can afford a new 4/bl. It's probably not performing as it should , but i'm not concerned about it hurting any thing.
Thanks for the input! And my buddy has a holley 750 4bbl, hell sell for 75 and ill just throw a rebuild kit on it, is that a good carb to put on it or no?
