2005 6.0L No Start headache

OK I towed it to the same shop that replaced the cam sensor. he has it all day, couldn't find the problem. He hooks it to a battery charger because the batteries have drained down from playing with it and an hour later the truck starts right up. This is almost the exact same thing that happened the last time I sent it to him and is the reason we put new batteries in it.
What the F could be causing this??

I think I know what this may be. I have had a number of no start errors, most being the pressure valve n the EGR part of the exhaust being clogged, this happened when the truck was new
I have an intermittent one that keeps coming back, this is how I fix it. There is an oil pressure sensor on the top right front part of the valve cover. I just pull the plug, push in the wires and plug it in again. The dealer found this for me and I didn't believe it and didn't have the plugged changed. For about a year, once a month, I have to play with it and then the truck starts.
