That sounds good but he got us deep into a hole by adding 6 trillion to the debt. Not that easy to get out of when the countries' workforce is crippled on top of it. It's like a minimum wage worker trying to pay down a $10,000 credit card bill. I still don't understand why they let him in and why he is neck and neck with his contender.........well I have an idea.

Yep, he put moratoriums on drilling even though it is a no brainer that it has to be done. People argue that we won't feel the effect for 10 years so he just cheated us out of oil 10 years from when he did it.

My Ex gets 22 mpg .................and it talks sometimes too.

 

When I bought my Ex, my brother and I flew to South Carolina to drive it back to Michigan. It's a 2004, 4x4, V10 with 3:73's and 305/70/16's. Hand calculated we averaged 13.4 mpg and our speeds averaged 66. Since then, my family took a camping trip to Mackinac City, Mill Creek to be exact, and then we drove to the tehquamenon falls in the UP for a day without the trailer and we averaged 15.8 mpg from the campsite to the falls. I averaged 9.2 towing my brother in laws 28' TT. All hand calculated and the miles and mph gps verified. I've noticed that anything over 60~61 mph and my fuel consumption starts drastically declining. I LOVE THIS TRUCK!! I just wish I had the coin to drop a 5.9 Cummins in her! I wonder what it would take or if it's even possible to drop a 6.7 Cummins in?

 

My best so far was 13.37 with an average of 10.94. Seems to be right in line with what others report.

 

My gauge goes never gets above F, and hits 3/4 tank by 65 miles. Usually 100 out of each quarter after that. The gauges aren't that accurate/

 

And I'll save you the suspense. You didn't get 20mpg.

I'm pretty sure I could Shut mine off at the top of vail pass and cruise in neutral with the engine off until about Colby, kS and still find that somehow I managed to get less than 20 mpg.
