Was there ever a recall on these and where is the best place to get new ones,mine are rusty junk.

 

No, no recall. Most of us have bought them from PMT Fabrication. I suggest you get the bolt set with it too, just in case the old bolts are no good. They are a grade 10.5 bolt, so it's not something you're going to find at the local hardware store, and the dealer wants $100 for the set anyways.
