Hey everyone. I've recently purchased my old f350 back after almost 3 years. However, it has developed an oil leak. The rear seal is new and is note leaking. Also, the oil pan and gasket are new. In any event, there appears to be a very small weep by the front crank area of the oil pan.. I showed a buddy of mine the leak, and he is under te impression there's a chance the leak could be coming from the missing bolt that use to mount the air pump?? He said he knows on Chevys, one of the bolts on the air pumps use to literally have direct access to the engine block, and oil would **** out if not properly replaced. Is there any possibility that this leak is just coming out of this hole? It is an interesting theory because the oil gasket is brand new.

 

I forgot to mention this is a 460 motor.
