boosting 32psi+??

boosting 32psi+??
bought this excursion, was getting very low response even when warmed up, took it off cleaned all the vains, some carbon but nothing crazy.. anyway i had never checked the boost level but now im going at 250kpa scanner does no read more wich is 36psi, consitent 41C air temp in 90F temperature outside.. stock is 25-28psi? whats up with mine.. all stock
