I have used 4x4 under the jack stands then screw some 2x4 to hold the 4x4's together to avoid any chance of them moving. But if you can get into a place with a lift, that would be better.

Well, i finally got it done. No major issues. Thank god for a lift and a helper. I'm happy with the results. The truck is perfectly level and looks pretty aggressive with the little bit of extra lift in the front. Pictures tomorrow...
