IP rebuilder: Any suggestions?

So, my truck's old and I'm looking at improving my IP. I replaced the injectors already, and think a new/rebuilt IP would be a good idea.

Anyway, I've got a spare working IP off a donor vehicle, and I'd like to get it rebuilt/calibrated. It's in good shape, so it shouldn't be a big problem, but I'd like to get all new low-sulfur-diesel compatible seals in it.

Can any of you guys recommend a rebuilder to me? I'm in north-eastern Washington(Near Spokane), BTW.

The issue with ULSD is not seals, it is lubricity, you should run an additive no matter what. New seals are all updated.

Do you have a 6.9 or 7.3 pump? Are you looking for stock rebuild or turn up?

Once you are able to receive PM's I can send you over some information on builders.

It's a 7.3l; 1988 model.

As far as ULSD goes, I heard from a Ford diesel mechanic that it also is hard on older seals and o-rings, which was corroborated when the injector-return o-rings on two of these engines started to leak not long after the the switch to ULSD(It was a while back). Used new o-rings at that point, and got stuff to stop leaking, but...

Return o-rings are known to leak on these trucks, the standard buna o-rings supplied with the kits tend to go hard and get brittle as they age and are exposed to heat. Upgrading to viton helps with the issue. The 'leaks' when you switched to ULSD is just a coincidence, because the o-rings were likely changed to new ones of the exact same material anyway.
