I'm not a car guy, but can fix things. I had water on my passenger side floor. It is coming from under middle of dash. Took off panel and saw where it was coming from. Smells like antifreeze also. Here is a link to the video i took.
If your not a car guy, take it to a dealer for core replacement.
It's a bigger job than you may want to tackle.
The whole dash has to come apart to get to the core inside the housing.

Not a highly technical job but one that you can do with a bit of patience and some tools. Get a haynes guide as I'm pretty sure they cover this repair. Do not try to do this without some guidance. You need to disable the airbag if I'm not mistaken.
There is a really good video on YouTube step by step it took me 6 hrs to do myself, go head and replace heater hoses while you are at it, and make sure they clip on good when done
