Wheel Adapter/Spacers

I have a 1978 F150 5x5.5 (5x139.7) bolt pattern. I happened across a set of 4 Rugged Ridge Wheel adapters and was wondering if they are ok to use on my truck. I think it would look good to have the wheels out a little bit wider.
When I google the part number (15201.09) people are only talking about putting them on Jeeps...are they safe for me to use?

If the bolt pattern matches then you should be fine.

Wheel adapters are safe to use, just make sure they are bolted really tight to the hub. I used em in my 78 f100 until I got the correct bolt pattern steel wheels.

check the torque on them monthly if you decide to use them. Not something I would use, but many people do.
