Happy Friday guys!
Tim, I happen to love Bloody Mary's. Slide one down the rail when you get them made!
Roy, I'll pass on the strap, thanks
So my immediate supervisor is being let go today. It's a tough call because he and I are really tight. He was a ineffective boss, but a great friend. The problem is he was never going to be a good manager because his boss is not suited for his roll at all. The big boss announced he is moving from Sales to Customer Service. It's a crazy situation that has a lot of ripples. So basically Sales will need a new leader at the helm and a new manager for about half of the sales force. Lots of moving parts, but I think the changes were necessary. I hate it personally for my current boss as he is such a nice guy, but it's what's best for all of us. The big boss leaving is absolutely necessary. He is way better suited for Customer Service than Sales. That's a huge win because I can see him doing great things over there. I just hope they fine us a leader that can actually lead. All this comes to light in a few hours as the notice gets put out today around lunch. Both guys are going to start letting people know this morning ahead of the notice. People will be in shock. Better keep the coffee flowing . I'm not in any danger with my job. I think the President likes me just fine. The only danger to me would be if they hired a sales manager that doesn't like me or something. I hope that doesn't happen and I'm not to nervous about that possibility.
P.S. We are taking to RZR North tomorrow for it's first official rip! So excited

I have a suggestion for you Roy. Hold the 2021 1-page GTG at your house. Everyone brings tools and paint brushes. You will have all your projects done in a few days, eat really well, and have some great times working together.

I would love that. I enjoy working on what I can around my house, watching home improvement shows on TV, and keeping an eye on all the fancy, high-quality work going on here, on the FTE threads.
