95 explorer
ok i have an oddball electrical problem its a 95 explorer 2 door with a 4.0 v6 auto 4x4 and the windows and sun roof sometimes dont work and at the same time the 4x4 lite on the dash flashes at odd times any ideas?

Your friend much be pretty familiar with Chrysler products. They use a Body Control Module that is pretty well known for causing interior electronics issues. 
On the Fords it's a Generic Electronic Module (GEM) or Smart Junction Box (SJB). But, I don't really suspect that to be the issue here.
Do all three issues happen at the same time or have you experienced them happening independently of the others at times? Are you quite confident the three are related in some fashion, or in your mind could they be three separate issues? Did they all start happening in the same timeframe?
