Tie rod ends
I am in need of a front end rebuild and am piecing together everything I need. I have searched to end of the internet about which tie rods my truck needs and have come up empty handed on a key question. My truck is an f350 dually extended cab with 4400lbs gross front axles (according to the door sticker). All of the online parts sites list correct right inner rod as DS1138T but it says it is for front axle weight up to 4200lbs. The alternative is DS1073, but it says it is for the crew cab and cab and chassis trucks. Does anyone know the difference in the two parts? Or am I over thinking this too much. Thanks guys.

My "guess" would be the DS1073.
It's most likely a thicker tie rod sleeve and since your truck has an extended frame like the cab and chassis, i would go with that one.
You could always bring one in and compare them, though.
