Vacuum line disappeared ?

Vacuum line disappeared ?
1st post guys.
I just wanted to say hello and thanks for some of the info I've already
used from this site.
My neighbor helped me so I need to pay him back, He has a 04 Expedition.
We are changing the spark plugs. I took a few pictures before we started to help if needed and we have a problem already. We think he may be missing a vacuum line. I'll attach a picture so anyone that has the answer please reply....
I tried to draw a circle and an arrow pointing to the nipple without a hose. Anyone recognize this? We can't seem to find a hose unattached to plug on it.

Wow. I should have replied sooner. That nipple is just part or the arm. Nothing goes on it. It's not hollow or anything. I knew i didn't pull anything off of it.
Sorry for such a pitiful 1st post. Forgive me.
We were successful in replacing the spark plugs. I read a tsb about broken plugs and striped threads that had me half scared to help him. We used air to blow out the plug sockets and some carb cleaner to loosen around the threads and it went ok. Took a little while but not too bad.
He says it still doesn't run like it should.
I told him to drive it until the cel came on, get the codes and we would go from there....so i may be back!
