Try Davis Truck & Trailer in Little Rock, Arkansas @ (501) 562-6295 The last time I saw their back lot, they had singles & duallys stacked on top of each other. Transport is always a problem, but it sounds like picking up two or three could pay for your trip AND the bed....
Hmmmm..... I'm wanting to get a bed from Tulsa to Denver, would those people you mention do this, and do you know what it'd cost me?
Beings that these types of businesses tend to be mainly independent, you would just need to talk to some guys in your area. They all look for back hauls to economize their trips, and many times a simple 1500 mile haul can turn into a month or more on the road as you take hauls on the fly to "work" your way back home. I would specifically ask if they have any runs to that area, and if they are interested in your load. It is not unheard of for a back haul to save you 25-50%.
If that doesn't work, you can also try asking Tulsa area drivers in case they have a deadhead pick up near you. Come to think of it, that might be your best bet. A Tulsa driver, who gets a pick up anywhere near you would love to not be making that trip without a load, and it might be easier to arrange a stand by arrangement. Hope that helps.
