Fuel filling problem.

I replaced my fuel pump a couple weeks ago by removing the bed on my 2000 V10 F250. Now I can fill up but the last 1/4 tank takes 15 minutes to fill. It keeps clicking off the nozzle. Any ideas on where to check before I crawl under? It never had this problem until I replaced the pump. I searched and found a TSB but it did not cover my year.

My guess would to check the vent hose. Maybe it got pinched or bent and not venting. Once you start getting close to full it traps air and shutting off the pump.

Is it the vent hose that is next to the filler hose or is there another somewhere?

Yes that is the one I was thinking about. I believe it vents the tank during fill-ups.
