05 F-250 Issues

05 F-250 Issues
Problem.
I have an 05 F-250 SD 4X4 that threw these codes Saturday morning at 6:30 AM.
Current Fault Log
------------------
P2107: Throttle Actuator Control Module Processor
P2110: Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited RPM
Pending Fault Log
------------------
P0446: Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit
Historic Fault Log
------------------
ECU reports no historic faults
Other discovered fault codes
(possibly pending, current or manufacturer specific)

ECU reports no other fault codes logged
3 months ago I replaced the Throttle Control Motor on the Throttle Body.
I get the LIMP mode Icon on the dash. Took several tries to clear the code. Truck runs fine until the temp of outside are starts to drop below 80 F and then its back in LIMP Mode until air temp rises... Really??
I mean Really?
Ford says it the PCM.. Had it replaced 2 years ago no warrenty... go figure.. Thanks FORD..
Any suggestions?
