buying 4x4 advice
Hi All
I'm looking at a 1970 swb 4x4.300 with a 4 speed. All the sheet metal is shot and need replaced including the cab. It runs good. How rare is it and what do you think it's worth?

If looking to upsize the tire and wheel combo, factor in a power steering kit or a retrofit from a donor 78-79 Bronco/F-150.... about $1000 for the former. The latter depends on resourcefulness- I did my 73's, more or less similar to manual steering Bumps, for about $350 using good JY parts.
4WD shortbeds aren't rare per se... they're hard to buy cuz current owners typically don't wanna sell 'em!
