I'm actually on at work more than after work but not a lot I need to post on during the day. Folks are getting a lot better educated than they used to be. Not to mention that I'm working on a motor project in my spare time that I'm not sure is going be worth doing.

Yes the Power Max is a direct bolt on. I did buy the kit from Riff Raff while I was ordering. Replace the bolts, O-rings, and gaskets as stated above. The install is rather easy, and if you dont have the updated drain tube may as well get 1 of those as well.
