06 powerstroke P0278 diagnostic code
So I was on a small road trip today and pulled into my destination and my ole truck started spitting and sputtering so I stopped and used my banks IQ and ran a vehicle diagnosis and the code P0278: INJ Cylinder number 6 contribution/balance power cylinder, valve train or injector popped up what could i do besides blow er apart and put a new injector in or is it even that I've been surfing the web and thought about buyn the oil additive hotshot any thoughts about that any info would be greatly appreciated im new to this truck so i know just from what I've researched changing injectors kinda sux but at the same time i just bought a egr delete kit so i would be able to put it on while im working on it but i just wanted to know if the hotshot oil additive would solve my problem so i won't have to go ***** deep in er.
