Wierd problem dont know how to explain?

I just got done replacing two batteries and alt. After i went to drive down the road i noticed rubbing when turning tight. My truck is not in 4x4 to be doing this. I noticed on the front right behind the tire there is some type of leak around the ball joint area. Are these things related and why is my truck doing this? I appreciate any help thank you.

You sure it's not just condensation from the air conditioner dripping onto the ground? Mine drips quite a bit on a hot day and leaves a pretty good puddle. I can't see batteries and an alternator causing a leak unless you bumped or cracked something.

The batteries and alt are new, its an oily residue, looks like a bad seal or something. I dont know why it happened. Before i changed batteries and alt my truck died on the highway while i was doing 75 mph, maybe just maybe it did something i dont know. Could it be diff fluid.

Leaking on left or right side or in the middle? What color is the puddle? Did you try to smell the fluid?
