header efi intakes
I know the 300 efi manifolds and Clifford offy intakes flanges don't line up right without trimming the flange ears on intake but what about the headers and the intakes? Will they line up or is it more trimming?

The flanges on an Offy intake 'line up' fine with the EFI manifolds. There is a small area on the #1 and #6 (iirc) runners that need the attention of a grinder for a couple of minutes, but it is minor and nothing to sweat. Grind, check, grind, no big deal.
With the Hedman header and an offy intake, the thickness of the flanges are slightly different, so you need to grind 1/16" off the think washers so they sit flat across the uneven surfaces.
Use studs.

Even so..always test fit or mach up the intake to whatever combo you'll be using..as for me..I used an offy c intake and converted to efi manifolds and didn't have a single problem with fitment. No grinding even..but that's why you should always test to c.
