Just got my 223 back into my truck and cranked it. Started knocking and we didnt have time to check it out this week. Look at the video and tell me what you think (click the title link above) . Sorry for the bad video quality, tried to do many too many things at one time.

Also check for an exhaust leak. The exhaust manifold is prone to cracking and bad seating at the block (including the intake manifold).
Check the valve lash adjustment and do what teardropty suggests.
