Doing Injector Cups, Other Things to Look At?
#46
Well I'm gonna do a little praying tonight, and a lot of worrying tomorrow. I already had a couple cups look like they were seeping after I let cure for 24 hrs and did a pressure test. I just redid those and now I wait till Wednesday to check again. I found that a Munchkin brand baby bottle brush worked pretty well, but I had so much crap built up on the bottom of some of the bores I had to get a wire brush down in there to clean up the seat. I used this one from home depot just for where the injector cup seats, not the injector bores walls.

Also I found that cutting a some lint free cloths and wrapping them around the baby bottle brush (the bristles held the cloth like velcro) was a very good way to dry the bores before and clean the loctite out after the cups were in.
