SCT III reading question

I have an SCT III that I bought from Spartan several years ago with Matt's custom tunes on it. I have recently noticed that every time I plug it in, the status screen says "locked-Heavy Tow". This is the reading no matter what tune I have installed. I either use the heavy tow when towing and the mild street economy the rest of the time. The economy tune also says "aoem" over the screen when it is selected. My question is, is my truck tuned to the economy tune when I plug tuner in and it reads heavy tow on the status screen? If it is in fact in heavy tow, how do I get it to program to the economy tune? There seems to be a difference in performance and mileage between one tune and the other when I think they have been changed! Just odd that the status always shows heavy tow. Thanks for any input
