Swapping NP435 for C6 auto

Just double checking the info i read on swapping the 435 to the C6. Basically I need to change the tail shaft and the output shaft and i should be good to go. Is this correct? Is there anything else I need to do? I'm sure there will be a cross member mod that needs to be done. This is going into a 75 F-250 4x4.

Pilot bushing, shifter/linkages, speedo cable (I think), tranny cooler lines.

"Easy" is a relative term... that NP weighs like 90 lbs.

I hope you're fortunate to have some sort of contraption to lift both of them in and out... be safe under there!
