Im in the process of doing mine right now. Replacing them is as hard as you want to make it.
The bushings are captured and sandwiched around the frame mount by a sleeve with a washer on the top and a washer and nut on the bottom. Once you peel the carpet away and back the mounting bolt out the cab is free, but the sleeve assembly still needs to be pulled apart.
I fought with the sleeve for a few days, but the lower inserts into the upper in my case rusted itself together pretty good. After considering everything I am just gonna sawzall them apart and replace with new. I already have poly bushings, and my new sleeves and bolts should be arriving from Bronco Graveyard this afternoon ($285)
Just did mine with a body lift last week or two. They were relatively easy using my electric impact but they still took a bit of abuse before they broke free. The core support ones both snapped off so i had to sawzall them out. The hardest ones to get to are the rear cab mounts because of the gas tank.
I had good luck after removing the bolts. Is to reinstall the bolts or a allthread close to the threads of the mount and a hammer to knock them out of the upper's because they had rusted together.oh and a 2 post lift help's to
good luck
