The first 100 days...
- Fuel Pressure "Blue" spring upgrade.
- New (OEM) fuel filters.
- HFCM: cleaned and upgraded plug to fix WIF light that was always on.
HFCM Before:

HFCM after. You can see the back of the new drain plug as well:

- Coolant filter (dfuser).
- Coolant flush and fill. Added Fumoto drain plugs to 2 engine block drains (F-108N). Used ~50 gallons of distilled water to get all of the old Gold coolant out. Used Restore and Restore+. Refilled with CAT ELC silicate free coolant (concentrate purchased from local CAT dealer).
http://home.comcast.net/~lyon.family...ush%20v1-0.pdf - New front and rear brake rotors and pads. NAPA Ultra Premium rotors on front with Hawk LTS pads. NAPA Premium rotors on rear with Wagner SD (Advance Auto) pads.
- Transmission flushed at dealer; replaced external transmission filter.
- Oil change with new (OEM) filters. Add Fumuto drain plug to oil pan (F-111N).
- New OEM air filter; replaced aFe filter from previous owner.
- New Rancho 9000XL shocks all the way around.
- Last but certainly not least: V/B spring swap. This thread helped me tremendously:

The Rig Before the spring swap:

The Rig AFTER spring swap:

- Gauges to monitor EGT, FP, BST, such as: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ied-these.html
- Clean turbo (it throws a P0299 code under a load).
- Tighten steering box.
- Head gaskets/studs (not "required" yet, but...); fix/replace/upgrade EGR, Oil cooler, HPO screen/ STC fitting, stand pipe and dummy plugs.
- CCV re-route.
- Deal with some surface rust underneath with Fluid Film or similar.
- High idle mod.
- Electric cooling fan or Fan clutch override switch. 6.0 runs warmer than I'd prefer under a load. Discussion: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...hich-wire.html
- I'm sure this list will continue to grow...
