I picked up a 95 F250 with little to no rust in rough but not bad shape. Decided to make a thread to keep it all in order...

No full pics yet but I have started with stuff I had for my old 95 that never got done due to hating the truck.

Started with the annoying issue first and fixed the head liner. Im 6'3"+ and hate stuff touching me as I drive.

Started off Grey but truck will be two tone silver black when its finished so I decided to go with stock she had in the closet lol. black velour...

Rip off old (being nice)


Used up both rollers getting off degraded foam. (caught hell for not telling her)





4 inches at a time both sides for max tack

Ripped out a ton of hack job wires that were under this and re-routed the light bars control wire.

Next added a few comfort features

Mechanical gauges and RCI 2970 in place of the ash tray.

At this point its just a blue fleet side with a roof mounted Whelen mini 9000 bar w/ally lights no take downs. Just like all the rest... nothing special. There will be pics as it preps for paint. Head work is first on the list one is cracked.... This truck is not on the road atm.
