I'm pulling this from another site that a couple of dealers had confirmed. It may have changed, but it's something to start with (MY '13 order guides still aren't out yet):
"The 2012 SuperDuty is scheduled to be built until October 19th, with first retail production on the ‘13 estimated to start November 1st. The ’13 order bank is supposed to open August 15th, but it would be mid-November at the earliest before we saw a truck."
