When does everyone think they will start taking orders for 2018's?

Adaptive Cruise Control

Any idea what the lowest level trim will have ACC as an available option for 2018? I'm hoping it will move down to XLT.

Transmission??

Anyone know if the 2018 will have the 10 speed transmission like the F150s? Or are we looking at 2019??

Will the 2018 F250/350/450 get the new F-150 Harmon Stereo??

I see that the 2018 F-150 has the new Harmon stereo, wonder if the Super Duty will get it in 2018 ??

I also heard something awhile back about Ford getting rid of the current stereo and Sync3 and changing to something else for the 2018 Super Duty. I just cannot recall where I saw this online and can't verify it's true.
