I have a wierd problem with the truck and can't pin point the problem. When I drive along normal and slow down to 35 km/h to 20 km/h I get this wierd vibration and noise and it seems like it's coming from the front end. It gets worst when you turn the wheel to the right, but nothing happens when you turn the wheel to the left. I changed all the u-joints in the front end, and changed the right lower and upper balljoint and it still does this. It also does this in neutral too at those speeds. I have no idea what is wrong with it, can someone please help me, thank you.
Do you have a haynes manual? If not I reccomend getting one at your local parts store, it'll show how to replace/check/etc on almost any thing the weekend wrench turner would want to tackle.

Maybe you did this, but are the universal joints between the front axle and the front brake/spindles new? These usually only show an early warning failure while turning gently or slowing down.
What do you have for tires? I got a car that sounded like the transaxle was going out at 25-35MPH and only 25,000 miles (would not have surprised me much though, it's a GM) so I went out and bought four new shoes; end of problem. The sound it was making was similar to a bearing going out, and it also produced a bit of a vibration.
I got new tires on in January. I got new front brakes and 6 new u-joints in the front and (1 new one in the rear in November). I have no idea what the problem is, you turn the wheel to the right, bad vibration, to the left, nothing at all.
Just because something is new doesn't mean it's not bad too; I've personally experienced this. When did it begin, after the new tires, the new u-joints, the brakes, etc? This may narrow it down. Also, how many miles/km on the rig? Is it on just one side?
I've had front wheel bearing go out over the years and the symptoms are consistent with what you're describing. Therefore, I automatically replace them when any rig I own has about 125K miles on the clock.
