newbie with a 48
HI Guys,
I've been watching and looking for awhile and now was able to get a 48 ford F-1. It has an older restro. So i just need to clean it up and put some finishing touches on it. It have a 350, with all the running gear from a camaro. converted to 12v.

Very pretty truck! Welcome. That's an interesting front bumper. What type of hood latch does it have? Where's "Appleton"?
(I got all excited when I opened up your album. I thought the hot chick sitting on the tailgate of the 75 at the bottom of the page was your picture. Then I realized it was just showing the most popular albums on FTE....oh well)

Nice truck. However, it has F2-F6 front fenders. I don't understand when people spend money on a restoration and don't even take the time to find or repair the correct sheetmetal and parts. It's obvious that the prior owner spent time and money on this truck.
