Wiring Problem, please help

Just replaced the doors off my 1989 F250 Diesel with doors from a 1993 Bronco. Got the speakers working (these wires match color perfectly). I couldn't get the power windows and powers door locks to work yet. A couple wires do not match colors. Any answers out there??
