vaccume leak

would it be possible to have a vacuume leak from the lower Injector o ring on bank 2 and still set off a code saying bank one running lean?

Are you sure you have the right bank?

I read somewhere that the non-OBD-II PCMs will actually report Bank 1 lean for either bank, not sure if that's true or not.

well bank 1 will have cylinder 1 correct and it should be on the passenger side and bank 2 will be on the driver side and my truck is a 99 super cab short bed and I guess its a californa truck found that out when I was doing my injectors. How do I know this is a Non OBD-II pcm?
