How do you know?

How would one know if you purchased a 6.0L whether it is tuned or not, with no tuner that came with the truck? I have a feeling that mine has been tunes by the previous owner.

You could find a truck performance shop in your area, and see if they will scan to see which strategy is in it. Then post it. Maybe someone might recognize the code.
