I need your help from you on these, because I put questions in a Town & Country forum, thinking that it will be similar to this, but NO. I received two answers from a Tech of Chrysler, and told me in resume, Buy a Service Manual to find your questions. I said THAN YOU sir.
Wife´s T&C 2009 has an antifreeze leak, that empty ALL the antifreeze, in short I found the leak, it its from a plastic "Y" that joint tree rubber hoses: one goes from the firewall to the "Y"; other goes to a metal pipe that seems to go to the radiator and the front single part of the "Y" has a short rubber hose and goes to the left side of the engine. Im going to order that piece from the dealer, but my question now is:
The rubber hoses that atach to the "Y" has a special clamps, like wide rings or cilinders, with two holes in each opposite side, how can I take them out? Do I need a special tool to rotate them?, or the new "Y" come with the hoses and those clamps?
I just replaced one of these a few months ago (actually I replaced the steel coolant tube that leads up to the radiator) and I don't remember that the hose clamps were anything out of the ordinary. Is it just a squeeze type spring clamp? I was thinking it was just a regular squeeze clamp that you compress with a pair of pliers (I used a groove joint pliers or "channellocks"). If yours is something different, I may have to see a picture of it to see for sure what the clamp is that you have.

Thank you for your aswer, maybe I upload a pic tomorrow.
You do not need to remove the y pipes the part will come as an assembly together the rubber hoses and the metal pipe all the clamps needed to be removed ate the normal squeeze clamps. Very common failure see it a few times a week takes about 10 mins. I'm a Chrysler tech..
I'm pretty sure they dont come seperate. I have one sitting next to my box right now I need to replace and thats the part number on it and what the ticket says the price is. I'd double check with your dealer on what you got a quote for. Ive never seen them come seperate and that low of a price.

Thank you very much to all of you MIS AMIGOS. Here are a couple of pics as promised. The leak was in the tiny line along the Y pipe in the only cleaned part of it.
Mdt1992: I could see only two "normal" clamps in the rubber hoses, one to the motor (shown in one pic) and the other to the metal pipe that goes to the radiator, but I didnt see one in the hose that goes to the firewall ( I have to mention that this hose is covered by a cilindric plastic all the way [I dont know whats the name of that stuff] ) is it there? or I have to look under the dash in cab??
u know that it is the same y pipe they use in the 6.0 from the degas bottle to the block they crack all the time last week i had one with a hairline crack in it
They should be there the firewall have never seen it any other way.. I just replaced then on a 09 town and country this morning. along with a transmission.
