I recognize the palm trees. But what is that lone tree in the middle?

Saw that clip on TV a couple of evenings ago. Good thinking on their part to simply drop a ladder in!

Welcome to August, everybody!

Tell me about it. Way too fast for my liking.

Has to be a 7.3 in that rescue vehicle...unmistakable sound.

Indestructable 4R100! Do you win many races off the line?

belive it or not with 35's 3.73 gears and starting in 2nd gear then shifting to D that ole 7.3L sure gets up and scoots... although i do try and not romp on it from the stop as i know ill break something else its hard not to get on the fuel and let the truck do what it likes to do, soot a little and throw down some torque.

i got a quote for a built trans for about $4300 out the door. from mike at Irvine transmissions, i have had 2 diesel guys recommend me to him and apparently all he does is diesel transmissions.

with the construction trades the way they are right now it will be a while before i can get it in and fixed right. but for now i hope every morning when i jump in the truck that the trans holds for another day, i grab my tool belt and try to make ends meet.
