Shinyrock, I would suggest you post your question in the engine forum. I have no experience with strokers either. With that much lift though I would be willing to bet you would need the eyebrows. However, I would not want to steer you wrong, so check in with the engine guys. They can tell you.
On a side note, I went to the doctor's appointment yesterday, just a follow up to see how the leg is healing, and he wanted to know what I wanted to do about the knee. However, when he saw that my right leg from the knee down was swollen (including my foot) and he checked my medications, and I was no longer taking warfarin, he immediately ordered a ultrasound. However, he was told by the staff, that my insurance would not approve it for 5-10 days. So he told me to go to the ER and have it done. After sitting for 3 hours, and being told it would be another 2 hours I left. I will go to the VA hospital today and see if I can get it done there. Will keep everyone posted.
Good news. Ultrasound was done, and no blood clots were found. I am a happy camper again. Although they wanted me to have a CT scan to try and find out why the lower right leg is still swollen. However, I did not want to stay the extra 3-4 hours, so I will follow up with my primary care physician. I am just glad they found no blood clots.
Happy Saturday! Going to stay home and enjoy the AC today if I can. Got some friends coming over to help me enjoy it too. Maybe even get the TV/VCR connected to each other so at least we can watch videos.
