Duck, I should move to your area. I seem to recall that there is a town there called Seaside??? Is it affordable to live in that area, or is it very pricey like Monterey itself?

Not nearly as bad as Monterey but still not cheap by any means. Stewart lives in Seaside. He'd be a better gauge of that than I would.

Thanks, we are looking to relocate somewhere cooler than Sacramento. And, as I remember it's usually much cooler around Monterey than it is here.

Yeah, I am thinking of moving to the coast near the Pismo Beach area, but I am told it is pricey too. However, it is usually 30 degrees cooler there.

Unfortunately, I have to take care of some errands, which means I will be riding six buses today. (and standing around at various bus stops waiting for them to arrive.) So it is going to be a long day.
