Rear block question (quick answere)

Hey guys, dont mean to rush, but about to leave my house and no access to this site from here.

So my question is my F250 has 2 inch blocks in the rear. Can I go to a 3 inch block without having to change my shocks? Im not a big fan of the leveled look, and with towing that extra inch in the back would be just what I need to drop it to level when towing.

Ok picked up some autozone ones. Question is my Leafs are 3 inches wide, these are 2.5, is that a problem or will they work?

My 2.5" blocks worked for 200k before I replaced them just two weeks ago. Do yourself a favor and get the 3" wide ones. So nice having less axle wrap.

Measured wrong, the ones autozone sales are 2 1/4 inch, so sounds like there going back. Now for a new topic because im trying to get this truck right after the previous owner short cut everything.
