Right there is a plug, if you expand that picture u can see the square end of the plug, if its missing get a replacement, if its leaking pull it put some Teflon tape on it and re install it. you also could have a leak at your oil cooler but i was just going by your description. What had u done to this engine before it was installed? used engine?
Rob
yea it was a used engine and if at all i thought it would be leaking on the other side because it got dropped on that side im not proud of it but hahahahhaha it made my day and ****ed up my thumb some how but okay so what is it like a 3/8s rachet end or what come on now rob a little more help than that its in the truck and i cant much see **** so help me out here
Im just going off memory here man, The Previous owner could have used that port to supply a turbo with oil, or had an after market oil sensor installed there. i know when i couldnt get mine out we pounded a 8mm socket onto the square and cause it kept trying to round on us. i think its like a 1/4" x 1/4" square end. i could be off a little, im pretty sure the hole is around 3/8s. check to see if there is even one there. my guess as much as its flowing it was removed. if its not there than someone that might know the exact size of it can chime in.

Ya, 1/4" square plug, the oil there comes off the mains as i understand it, and on the banks kit is used for oil pressure as the one on top is used to feed the turbo. I couldnt get mine out either. Its right on the edge of the block by the adapter.
im not gonna do anything else with it tonight i have cleaned up and what not and im ready for bed im actually doing some research on rotator cuffs cause lately my shoulders have been killing me and especially after last night when i stabbed that ******* and was benchin that trans so yea hopefully its not that and i just messed up stuff but i cant be sure till i go see a doctor because i hate them and dont trust them not to mention i dont have the money to do crap either and sorry about the earlier post im still a little mad about that cause i checked the dipstick and there was no oil on it so i was furious when it just started pouring out
a plug from the local ace or tru value would only be around .50 to 1.19. so not a expensive fix by any means.
Update us when u look at it and let us know what you find
Rob
so the important question is it was there at one point or another in this motors life i had to get a new one and it is now running with good oil pressure and out does the other motor it had
