WHERE IS IT COMING FROM HELP ME THE HELL OUT. i can not pin point the source of the leak all i can tell its on the driver side and its dripping from the adapter plate okay maybe not dripping there is seriously about two or more gallons on my shop floor but for real HELP ME if this means im going to pull the motor again imma be a irate mo fo for real cause im bout ready to give up and sell

Right there is a plug, if you expand that picture u can see the square end of the plug, if its missing get a replacement, if its leaking pull it put some Teflon tape on it and re install it. you also could have a leak at your oil cooler but i was just going by your description. What had u done to this engine before it was installed? used engine?

Im just going off memory here man, The Previous owner could have used that port to supply a turbo with oil, or had an after market oil sensor installed there. i know when i couldnt get mine out we pounded a 8mm socket onto the square and cause it kept trying to round on us. i think its like a 1/4" x 1/4" square end. i could be off a little, im pretty sure the hole is around 3/8s. check to see if there is even one there. my guess as much as its flowing it was removed. if its not there than someone that might know the exact size of it can chime in.

Ya, 1/4" square plug, the oil there comes off the mains as i understand it, and on the banks kit is used for oil pressure as the one on top is used to feed the turbo. I couldnt get mine out either. Its right on the edge of the block by the adapter.

a plug from the local ace or tru value would only be around .50 to 1.19. so not a expensive fix by any means.
Update us when u look at it and let us know what you find
