And would the IPR cause lack of boost and heavy black smoke and moderate Turbo flutter or would that be UNISOM RING sticking for the vgt. Truck ran good the night before and now heavy black smoke and turbo flutter ;checked and cleaned the EGR VALVE and cleaned the EBP SENSER and still heavy black smoke and moderate turbo flutter. Any help would be graetly appreciated going to get a scann gauge now because my INNOVA
