Front end squeaking

Not much to go on. There are lots of moving parts, and most of them can't be greased. Over time, water can displace the grease. Best thing to do at this point is to go to someplace like Autozone or whomever you use, and buy a stethoscope. They are about $10.00 or so, and work extremely well for this type of problem.
Just have someone rock the front end up/down to narrow the search area, then just touch the probe on every moving part. I used to do them all just by touch, but I'm not going to suggest that to anyone. The dry part will be simple to find.
A dried out bushing might be repairable with WD-40, most others should be changed. Upper A-arms are always a suspect part. When ever possible try and use Moog parts.
