The 5 bottom photos are 53-56 trucks. Not sure about the top ones (57+ that is for sure). As far as value, a lot depends on overall condition, what engine, rust issues, etc. Also, do they have good titles? If not, have fun at the Indiana BMV. Been there, still have the scars. lol Need more information really to give a better idea. If its a $500 per truck thing, go for it. If nothing else you can get your money back in parts, etc. Beyond that it comes down to details. If you do buy them and need someone to look at them further down the road to help you assess, there are a few of us nuts in the NW Indiana/SW Michigan area.
Also:
Have your buddy look at the glove box doors/driver door pillars for VIN plates on the mid-50s. You really can't go just by grilles because they can interchange on the 53-55.
Wow, that looks like a pretty good haul! As you know, condition is everything when it comes to value with these things. Most hoarders with a collection that big will think they're each worth 10 grand. I'd say given they're in the south east, that usually means rust. If the roofs are rotted and the floors are gone, there's not much left. So if you could get them for $500 a piece, you'd be doing real good. Especially figuring in travel and shipping expense. And I suppose it depends on what your plans are for them, as well. If you're looking to part them all out and make some money, obviously the cheaper you get them, the better. Having a better inventory list will help for placing value, too. I'd love to see the better pics!
EDIT: Teardropty and I were both typing $500 at the same time. We weren't copying each others papers, honest.

Sure, sure.... lol $500 seems to be my number these days. Keep finding all sorts of "high-dollar" deals around the midwest but in reality most of the trucks are really only worth $500 when all is said and done. I am beginning to believe that once you restore a vehicle, what something is worth takes on a new meaning.
I think the SE has some good , some bad. I've brought a number of pieces and parts from there and have wished that's where I started the Ford truck obcession in the first place.
Kinda hoping those shelves have parts to.
A rusty lump of coal is very difficult to turn into a polished lump of coal.
Thanks everyone, I'll post some more pics when I get them.
That is certainly an interesting collection. IMO, I would drive the 12 hours to check them out. I agree, that if the roof(s) are rotten, as well as the floors, then all you got is a hunk of rusted metal. BUT if everything is solid, then I think you've got something.
There is a guy up here in the next town from me with a '53, a '54, a '55 and a '56 panel truck.....all sitting in the lawn, sinking into the ground for the past 12 years. Won't even discuss selling/parting out/nuthin'!! It's a shame actually.
