I own a 2000 f-350 4x4 diesel at what point of using a performance chip do i need to replace the factory head studs. Is adding 100hp and 200lbs of torque to much for the factory studs do i need to purchase stronger studs.
Thank yall for yalls help.
with intake, chip and exhaust there is no real need in adding head studs. if you plan on getting a bigger turbo and injectors then head studs are some thing to start thinking about.

I'm pretty sure stock 7.3 injectors are not able to make enough power to lift the heads with any tune.
