2000 Explorer and nowhere to put a GREASE GUN. What you do? Replace or tap and put in a zerk fitting? Front steering. Thanks

Very few modern cars and light trucks have grease fittings anymore. I would say the typical approach is replace them when they get worn (noise or looseness). There are aftermarket steering and suspension components that have grease fittings (but not all do).
