Part number for AC Control - vacuum switch

I need to replace the HVAC Control switch in my 82 F250. The vacuum selector portion of the switch is no longer working properly (it leaks vacuum and will not open the dash vents).

I see that LMC truck sells the vacuum selector valve assembly for $189.
They list it as p/n 43-0757. But it's had to tell what they have from the description and there are a bunch of variations from what I can tell.

My Ford parts manual shows the entire control switch as P/N E0TZ-18549-A.
There is a company I found that shows they have this part (I have not called to see what $ they are asking). I would first like to verify that I have the correct part number.

Can someone verfiy that the number I listed above is the correct number for a 7-postion HVAC Control Switch (F250 with factory Air and no auxilary fuel tank)? My truck does not have the Hi-Low vent. It has OFF, VENT, MAX, NORM, FLOOR, MIX, DEFROST.

Thanks

Is the vacuum diaphragm(?) serviceable?

I bought a few parts for my 85 Caprice Classic (inherited from Dad, he was a Earnhardt fan too....relatives) when the same kind of thing went bad. The control head(?) came apart pretty easily, I slipped in the rotating discs that cost just $12 or so. They ported the vacuum to the right hose and it has been fine for a couple years.

Never had a Ford system apart but from the same era maybe one can expect similar technology perhaps.

I bet it is the 18502 part that is leaking.

I may be in over my head here.....it has happened before.

Thanks for the help.
I don't know if the vacuum unit on my truck is servicable (servicable to me means I can take it apart and clean/fix it without replacing/buying anything).

Thanks to your posting (and picture) I looked around the manual some more and found the reference to a "Control Assembly (Air Conditioning)" it is PN E1TZ-19980-A. The part number I had listed was "Control Assy. (Heater)".
With Vacuum Selector Assembly PN E0TZ-19B888-B.

I'll see if either of these are available NOS - if not, LMC has the vacuum selector assembly.
