Casting #'s question

Can anyone help me figure out what year this motor is? Looking to buy some parts for it but not sure what year to look for.

66-67. And if it's a big 6 it's a 240. We'd need a picture of the date code to know for sure on the age.

So they changed the number in 68? I would have thought they used the same block for years, didn't know.

Well I know for sure they changed #'s in 69. Since I've got a 69 240 sitting in the back of my E250 right now.

Not the best picture but it's a march 69 240 block.
