newbie needing info

I have a 2004 ford f350 6.0 and replaced the hpop, when I got it back together found that I should have replaced the sensors for the pump. I cold not get it to start. After replacing the sensors I lost voltage to the ficm it will read from 8 to 10 volts. It read good before now I have lost the cranking ability and all the tests lead to the pats. Does anyone know how to reset the pats or by pass it?

New to the site hope someone has ran into this problem. Called the ford place and they said I would have to hire a wrecker to bring it to the ford place and they will reset it.
